9000 Watts, 230 Volts, requires a 50 amp, 230 Volt line.  This fryer can cook eight Funnel Cakes at a time on a continuous pour and cook basis!  High production “ribbon” type heating element has more square inches of contact.  Use two #5103 mold rings on platforms to “form” the Funnel Cakes.  47 lb cooking oil capacity.
